Refund Policy for Saathi GEN

Need a refund? Please read the conditions mentioned below so that we can help you out accordingly.

Only qualified schools can purchase membership at SGEN. It is important to note that this membership is not associated with any individual, but the institution that individual represents as a whole. If a registered super user (the representative making the payment for the membership on behalf of a school) wants to transfer the super user permissions to another user, they will have to update their account details accordingly.

Please note that we require you to store payment details for security purposes. It is one of the ways we ensure that a bot account is not created. If you have purchased a membership for Saathi Global Education Network, below are the conditions for a refund:

  1. 24-hour policy: You can ask for a full refund as long as the transaction was made less than 24 hours before the refund request. However, if it has been more than 24 hours for the transaction, we will not be able to provide you with any refund. You do have the option of cancelling your membership though, so that you won’t be charged automatically once the membership period ends. This policy is important for maintaining security of the schools’ data we store in our system.
  2. Non-verified accounts: If you have not verified your profile within 7 days of creating an account, we will deactivate your profile. If you have made any payments during this period (though our automatic 30-day free trial prevents this from happening), we will not be able to process a refund of any kind. However, you do have the option of reactivating your profile by sending an email to [email protected] stating the details of your case.
  3. Non-disciplinary behavior: If your account is restricted, banned or deactivated for limited or unlimited period of time due to violation of our Terms and Conditions or any other non-disciplinary behavior, we will not be providing any refund irrespective of your membership type. If you think that your account has been restricted, banned or deactivated without a justified cause, please send an email to [email protected] stating the details of your case.   4. Product dissatisfaction: We hope that this will never happen, but to address a case of dissatisfaction with Saathi Global Education Network, we have an automatic 30-day trial period on all membership types. You will not be charged until you have already tried the product, and you will have the option of cancelling your membership at any point without any costs during this 30-day trial period. However, after this period ends, you will not be provided with any refund unless it falls under the 24-hour policy.

Please note that it may take up to a week to process any kind of refund.
